Basic Bookkeeping Package
The basic business bookkeeping package is for the business that wants to know how much cash they have and wants to be able to hand everything over to their tax preparer. For this package we meet to discuss your needs and how we can meet those needs. We process all banking transactions, reconcile all bank accounts, and review the General Ledger to make sure everything is coded properly. We provide QuickBooks Online if you don’t have a subscription. You will receive monthly financial statements and includes a quarterly one hour in our office meeting or web call.
Advantage Accounting Package
Our Advantage bookkeeping package is for the business that has been around for more than 1-2 years and you as an owner want to understand the business better. For this package we meet to discuss your needs and how we can meet those needs. We process all banking transactions, reconcile all bank accounts, and review the General Ledger to make sure everything is coded properly. We will review payables, receivables, inventory, and intercompany loans. We will also assist with inventory calculations. We offer an optional cloud-based receipt processing system and provide QuickBooks online if you don’t already have a subscription. You will receive monthly financial statements and this package includes a monthly remote session to review your financials.
Premium CFO Accounting Package
Our CFO package is for the established business that is looking for strategic partner to help them navigate growth. This package includes everything from the two lower packages plus all of our optional services. We can become either your entire accounting department or we can guide your accounting staff. This package also includes monthly basic KPI analysis and a monthly 2-hour strategic meeting.
